To create an image:
- Do not use an image with lesser resolution than 300 DPI
• To create the image with 300 DPI, in the final size of cut
• To create or after ready converting the image for CMYK
• Obs.1: if deep, it will have colored – near of the cut line
• To bleed deep 5mm for each side
• Obs.2: when the archive will be an image don't place the cut line
• The monitor hardly will be calibrated for high resolution of colors
• Don't compare the image of monitor with the impression in offset or with the “prelo” test
- To verify if in the elaboration of the image will not be necessary to use the 4 colors plus
a special color – Pantone

Fotolito
• is the same that will be used in the graphic – OffSet.
Plate writing
• is the same that will be used in the graphic – OffSet.
Cromos Ink
• is the same that will be used in the graphic – OffSet.
The “prelo” test mustn't be compared to:
- An impression in spurt of ink (deskjet) :
Process of impression is completely different of OffSet with variation in the colors.
• Laser impression:
Process of impression is completely different of OffSet with variation in the colors.
- An impression in Digital Test - Virtual Test:
Ideal for layout. Special paper giving difference of profit of points.
• Cromalin impression:
Special paper with different substratum.
Texture - difference of color profit, approximately, 10%.
To send the image:
• Till 8 Mb – must be sent by email to vendas@nicsen.com.br ;
• more than 8 Mb – must be sent to us as a “*.zip” file or saved in a recordable cd;
- an impression must be sent to us by fax.
To send a Fotolito:
- Fotolitos 133 LPI positive to OffSet with resolution of 2540 DPI;
- sending the “prelo” test by scale in the “couche” brilliant paper of 150 grams;
- special Cut - to order the film of the knife;
- to make packing strengthened for sending by post or by air mail.
Image by Corel Draw 10:
- Deep with the cut mark have been colored - to bleed deep 5mm for each side;
• to convert the archive into curves and to order the attached sources;
• special Cut - to order the image of the Knife.
”*.JPG” image:
- To order two Images - one with the line of cut and the other one not;
• to save with 300 DPI;
• deep with the cut mark will have been colored - to bleed deep 5mm for each side;
• special cut - to order image of the knife.
How to send the impression:
- Deep with the cut mark have been colored - to bleed deep 5mm for each side;
• to send an impression with line of cut - Printer;
• impression must be supplied for the customer in “couche” brilliant paper of 150 grams;
• to order 10% more than the leves printed;
• don´t print the line of cut - the Knife, in the order;
• to identify in a leaf the two sides for cut register;
• special cut - to order film of the Knife;
• sending of the “prelo” test for scale in “couche” brilliant paper of 150 grams.
